Cinelli Anti-Vibration Gel System

Placed in top of a flattened center CF bar and wrapped with the OEM foam tape and it is much more comfortable now to ride the bike. The gel gives that much more padding and the increased effective diameter of the bar with the flattened section, gel pads and foam wrap reduces pressure on the hands on longer rides. I like them. You get two pads that are straight and long enough to pad the bar top from ~3" from the stem to the start of the curve of the top of the bar.

As someone who spends weekends on long rides through urban landscapes, I can't recommend anti-vibration handlebar gel straps enough—they're a lifesaver! Despite using padded gloves, hand numbness after hours of cycling has been the single most frustrating issue for me. It’s likely due to my bike setup (Canyon Roadlite, flatbar handle), which I’ve adjusted over two to three years through trial and error rather than having it professionally done. These gel straps have added enough vibration damping to make longer rides much more manageable. While they won’t completely eliminate vibrations, they provide a significant boost in comfort—at least based on my experience over the past two years (both hot and cold seasons). For anyone seeking relief during extended rides, this could be the solution to keep you pedaling longer and enjoying the journey.

I am using on Trek composite bike and trying to cut down on vibration through handlebar from rough road surfaces.

I broke my leg and am using a walker to hop around. The heels of my hand became bruised from supporting my whole body weight on each hop. I searched around and found this product. Combined it with foam (bottom layer), shock absorbing gel (middle layer) and bike handlebar tape (top layer). COMFORT. So much easier to get around now.

Great COMFORTABLE cushions for work on stereo optical equipment,.. and these work on my protective helment for chain saw work. I would not change a thing with them... Great value too!

Most similar products are significantly more expensive, and fall apart if you trim them. This is a hefty bit of cushioning, reasonably priced, and you can trim it and it won't fall apart as you tape the bars. Rider profile: MAMIL, 4k miles/year, 40+ years riding.

I got 2 in the pack when I ordered. They are softer then all the other Gel bar pads and a little narrower. Installing was a little problematic but not to bad. I ended up using a couple piece of electrical tape to hold them in place while I rapped the bars. Squared end at the bar plug then going up the drops to the leavers. Once on the bars they are great. Definitely feel the difference when in the drops. Because they are narrow compared to other pads they give the bar a slight oval shape and feel but nothing bad. I have had these on now for about 1 year and still as good and new. Definitely using again.

First time purchasing this type of product. I was planning to re-wrap my road bike handlebars and saw this. I thought this was a perfect opportunity to try and so far so good. Only tried twice and seems to make a difference. I have another road bike with original handlebar wrap and this seems more comfortable. Will probably purchase this again but have to give it some more riding time. Glad I made this purchase.
