Can I use this fir a barbecuing baster and how many ounces does it hold ?

Should i be able to spray water mixed with ceyenne pepper for misting my outdoor plants?

Each initial spray of our chlorine solution is brown but quickly turns to the expected clear color. Is this normal? Did we get a used/defective unit?

Can the metal wand be turned with the spray nozzle facing upwards to spray the undersides of leaves? Thanks,
