it fits and works with MORE than the DVR listed
these LAB243B 4 Mp cameras work JUST fine with the model LHA4108-D MPX super HD 4 Mp 8 channel DVR with 1 Tb HD that came with 6 LAB243S-C cameras. my DVR was not listed as compatible, but I saw a review that mentioned that these cameras work on many more DVR's than what the product review lists; and so I took a chance. and WHAM they do work great. plus the field of view is even wider and just as good as the 6 cameras that came with my 8 channel, lorex by flir system. Therefore we can add 4108 series along with the other series the product description does lists as being compatible. I should get some more while they last.

Very poor color!
It was showing a distorted green hue picture out of the box. Could not be corrected with color adjustments. I returned it.

ONLY WORK WITH LOREX SYSTEMS!
Only works with Lorex systems, and even then only a few of them. Quality is A+ but not at all compatible with anything other than Lorex.

Avoid this brand , it won’t last
I own 4 of this cameras, the lasted about 15 month, now getting blurred image , flickering and poor night visibility , I recommend looking in to a different brand
