I bought the kindle edition, as I am want to do, as I like to be as paperless as possible. HOWEVER, if you don't read the fine print, you will find out that the kindle version, although only $3 less than the print version, does not contain the codes for the package to do the homework. When I called the Jones & Bartlett to ask how to get the codes, since I paid full price and need to do my homework, I was told that the codes don't come with the ebook. "Why?" I asked. "It's a different platform. When you buy the kindle version you are buying it forever, and not the one year subscription to the data." "What is the difference between owning a 'forever' version as a kindle or a "forever' version as a paper copy?" I asked. "Its a different platform." she told me. And in circles we went. Evidently I can pay another $36 dollars to get a one year subscription, thus spending $33 dollars more than if I had paid for the paper, tree wasting, shipping needed, environmentally unfriendly version. Way to go Jones & Bartlett. Sorry I used a better "platform." Very unimpressed with your customer service. I also wished that Amazon had a better warning system that these were not the same at all.
