Just got this a week ago, working great so far! Gets consistent 60 fps playing Skyrim with 290 active mods, high res texture packs, and maximum graphics settings all around. Doesn't even get noisy or overly hot when doing so. Will update later if anything changes.There are cheaper and equally powerful options out there, but nothing compares to this tiny form factor. This thing is barely bigger than my wifi router, and totally unobtrusive. If you need something small and are okay paying about $200 extra for the size, this is your box. I highly recommend the GTX 1060 version.

why do mine zbox only have a sdd without an hdd inside?

ZOTAC ZBOX-EN1060K-U-W2B MAGNUS Gaming Mini PC by itself is a pretty good deal. It is indeed very compact and powerful gaming computer.However, the both computers I ordered were defective. The first one had dead HDD in it. ZOTAC tech support was extremely unhelpful and basically blamed myself or suggested I "play with it" and fix it myself (despite it being a hardware issue - I tested the HDD on different laptop).So, I had to order a replacement from Amazon. The second computer was much better - the HDD was mounted without any problems and works fine.However, now the CPU became a problem - it is pretty hot even without any load and it is extremely NOISY. The noise is NOT related to fan speed - just to CPU load and it gets pretty crazy when computer works for some time.All in all - great model, perfect design. IF IT WORKS AS INTENDED. I wasn't that lucky. Maybe you will be.Right now I'm still thinking whether I want to try my luck with THIRD replacement or should I just return it and try a different brand with actually caring tech support.

It came with an ssd but no hdd. It looked to me like there'd be both. The wifi is weak. I have to use ethernet to get over 12mb down. Other than that it's fine. I love the form factor. The fan spins a lot but it's relatively quiet. I had to run the geforce app to get it to work with my BENQ 32 inch 4k monitor. Should have known that with Windows. I have a sound bar that has hdmi pass through which didn't work consistently but that was probably down to the soundbar. When I go dp to the monitor and hdmi to the soundbar everything is fine.2 week update: It periodically doesn't wake from sleep mode and when it does you have to reboot anyway to get the internet connection back.It turns out the hdd was installed. It's not available to use though. I'm returning it.

Great desktop replacement.

Very capable for a small footprint. Met my expectations.

I would love to write a positive review - the machine size and specs are great.However, as soon as you would try to do anything involving graphics (either play a game, or watch online videos) it would hang after about 30 seconds, and require a hard reboot.Amazon customer service was great, and sent out a replacement.The replacement was even less reliable, and would often hang by the time I got to the login screen.I have owned dozens of computers over several decades, and I have not ever seen this poor level of quality control on either the computers or the components I build them out of.If they ever fix that, these could be great machines, but if it won't work, it's not worth it.
