Jamieson Delicious Chewable Formula B Complex Berry Bliss 90 Tablets

This is my favourite B complex vitamin and seems to work the best. When I take it it gives me as much energy as if I had caffeine only the energy lasts all day and I notice it helps uplift my mood with the energy.

I've been trying to find a B-Complex supplement that doesn't stink. Some of them seem OK when they're capsules but then they repeat on me all day - either just in my breath or even from my skin. Tablets are all terrible. Even the "low-odor" capsules don't agree with me. I came upon the Jamieson Chewables in a comment somewhere when I was searching around trying to find some non-stinky B-Complex alternative. I ordered them but wasn't expecting much. BUT WOW, I was (and still am) so pleasantly surprised! They are DELICIOUS and there is ABSOLUTELY NO ODOR. They taste sort of like PEZ! There is a slight taste quality that's reminiscent of Flintstones Vitamins but mostly they just taste really good. And I actually look forward to taking them - like a little snack! They're very easy to chew - I noticed a few comments that say otherwise. You can easily suck on them, like a lozenge, and I do that. After sucking on them for a few seconds, they get very soft and you can just chew them up easily. Plus, the levels of the B vitamins are very reasonable - not ultra-high doses that are more than you need. There is absolutely no trace of "Vitamin B Smell" on my breath nor my skin. Anyway, I'm really impressed and I highly recommend them.

I have purchased this twice and will continue to, it's fantastic! It's the perfect vitamin B complex, the texture is great and it's delicious, I look forward to taking it. I take one in the morning if I have no energy, it helps, then one in the evening with vitamin C and iron to help iron absorption. There's a noticeable difference when I don't take it, it boosts my energy and helps alleviate some pain and migraines. I highly recommend these vitamins ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You'll never have to swallow another vitamin B supplement again. For those of us who cannot tolerate swallowing any size pill, this is the answer. The product tastes good, and gives you the supplement strength that actually means something, not the meaningless, non-therapeutic, minis-cue amount recommended by the FDA.

I have been using another chewable brand to get my full range of B vitamins and it has gotten much more expensive so I tried these and so far I really like them. I can feel the difference in taking them and they taste great. I have used this brand with my B12 and melatonin and value this company.
