USA made and excellent for larger bony fish!
Good knife. Been using to cut up 15-20lb cat fish and it’s great for that! Product is in fact manufactured in USA which is sweet and the quality really shows. Much better than any of the other fillet knives I’ve gotten in this price range and lower. Not a huge fan of the plastic sheath tho. If not careful, it will dull the blade when sliding on and off.

Boning knife not a fillet knife
They make great knives that hold a good edge. BUT this knife is very stiff. It should be labeled as a boning knife. Has little to no flex. I don't use it for cleaning my Midwestern fish.

not a dual edge knife
I should have known better. The picture showed a single edge knife but the caption advertised it as dual edge. This is a single edge fillet knife. I was wanting a dual edge and will use this knife anyways, so it's all bad.
