Good product.

This tool is not top quality, but it was very affordable and generally does the job I need it to. The two main issues I have is that the arm does not lock into position, so if you apply too much pressure it will collapse. Second, the head is VERY thin, not allowing for much absorbency and making corners harder to clean. You get what you pay for.

Due to disability, it was difficult to clean the inside of my windshield and actually get the entire windshield corners, etc. This device is not only long enough but does a quick easy job of dirty inside windshield. The extra pads are a plus.

This tool is almost exactly what I need for cleaning the inside glass of a carousel fireplace. It makes it easy to each the glass and into the corners, a huge improvement over reaching with a cloth in my hand which is very difficult. Just one quibble: the leverage is off. The handle attaches at the wide side of the wiping head, but it should attach nearer the point. When you push it up into the corner, you lose the ability to apply any pressure to that area because the stick is pressing on the back end. (I wish tool designers would actually use their products before they finalize the design.) Just a small change would make it ideal. I'm still on a hunt for one made that way.

I had a film on the inside of my windshield and this made it very easy to reach all areas of my windshield. I was surprised by the thinness of the microfiber cloths.

Many reviews stated that you could not apply pressure as the handle would collapse. I found that you can twist the handle to lock it into and extended position. Easy to use and my windshield looks significantly better. The handle could definitely be longer in my opinion. Love that it came with 3 cleaning pads.

I got this to clean my SUV’s window. The pad portion doesn’t lock in place and flips around. The pole also doesn’t lock, meaning if you try to apply pressure on the pad to actually use the pointed end the pole will collapse. Probably would have been better off using a microfiber cloth and saved a few bucks.
