This was my first time using dowels and i loved them! I felt more confidence in my cakes ability to stay put. It was my 2tier cake and i plan on using these more often

Appropriate and strong for tiered cakes
Used these dowels in my two tier wedding cake I baked for my friends wedding and was able to transport it to the venue using these rods, a thick 12” cake board I also purchased on Amazon and a sturdy cardboard cake carrier without issue.

Used these for a 3 tier wedding cake, and they worked just fine. They are a little to cut. Then again us they had been easy to cut, they would have been flimsy.
