Updated 2/22/18: I originally gave this 5 stars. I have to knock two off based on durability. My 9 year old son uses this at school, and it was great until it started leaking little pellets everywhere. Most beanbag products have two layers of fabric. This does not. And the sheer weight of those pellets (it is after all a WEIGHTED frog) on the smooth, stretchy fabric is too much. The seams simply can't hold it. It needs a double layer. Durability should be key on a product aimed at autistic and adhd children who are young enough that the pellets are dangerous. It's a frog, so this is not for teenagers.Original post: There are a lot of things to love about this frog. 1. It's adorable 2. very soft 3. fidgety tongue is cool 4. stays in place on your lap. The only down side is that it does not fit very comfortably as a neck wrap, but that is not its primary purpose. My son pets it, plays with the eyes and tongue, and feels comforted by it in his lap. Quality is good and shipping was prompt.

I'm a grown-up. I bought this frog for myself. I was trying to learn to sleep on my back after being a life-long belly sleeper. Belly-sleeping was messing up my neck and spine, but sleeping on my back left me feeling exposed and ungrounded. I was feeling like I could use something weighted on top of me to offer me a feeling of contact. I tried a full-sized weighted blanket at first and it was somewhat helpful, but I kept wanting more weight specifically on my chest and belly. So, I tried this frog, because it was a lot more weight per square inch and smaller and easier to manage than the weighted blanket.It is *amazing*!!! I had no idea how much I would love it.It helped me with my original purpose - learning to sleep on my back - but, it also just feels wonderfully comforting. It feels good on my chest and belly. It feels good on my lap. It is calming, grounding, and soothing. It probably stimulates my body to start producing oxytocin! :DThe texture of the fabric is amazing to touch. Somehow, it is also cool - it doesn't overheat me in the place where it sits on my belly; if anything, it cools that spot down a little bit. I don't know how this is possible, but it's definitely my experience.I've had the frog for over a year and it has held up well to more than a year's worth of use. I am a therapist and I am purchasing a second one for my therapy clients to use.

Just like a lap pad, pretty nice size. Was bigger than I thought, which is great for my 8 year old. The only tough thing so far is getting it away from him so we can only use it when needed, because he wants it all the time! Great purchase

Love it. Parents like it as much as the kids. Use it in my therapy office. The fabric is really soft and the weight is great.

I bought this for my son who has ADHD and cannot sit still or stop fidgeting for anything! He absolutely loves this little creature. It's the perfect size for my 7 year old boy. The stitching is good and if it comes loose it looks like it can be repaired easily.So far we have sat it on his lap while he is watching tv and he pulls at the stretchy tongue and feels the eyes pets it, it keeps his hands busy.I'm pleased with this purchase and the fast shipping.

The picture does not do this frog justice. It is so cute and cuddly! My grandson loves it and carries it around hanging over his shoulder. The weight is evenly distributed. It's very comforting.

I LOVE this plush! I find the weight very soothing, and this frog is now my favorite stuffed animal! It's well-made, and so far has held up well.

I have been using this in my classroom for three weeks, and it already has a hole in the seam!
