These are a must buy if you prefer feather cushion pads. They are filled really well with no smell, when getting them out of the bag they seem a little flat but give them a shake and plump them and they turn out lovely and full. They arrived on time and I would definitely buy them again and happy to recommend them.Only negative the order came in two separate parcels of which one arrived a day later. I was not informed that this would happen and at first thought it was missing. I was very happy when it turned up. Though problem probably down to Yodel and not seller.

Great cushions

AVOID - terrible product, terrible customer service. When my cushions arrived they smelled really damp and mouldy - a very unpleasant smell that stunk out the whole bedroom. So I requested a return and refund only to discover I’d have to pay for postage, which I didn’t feel was fair as the product was faulty. I spoke to Amazon and they put me in touch with the seller, who advised me that natural materials often have an odor and I should “air out” the cushions for 24 hours, but that made absolutely no difference. We couldn’t even keep them in the house, they smelled so bad. Again I asked for a refund but instead they sent me a replacement. When the new cushions arrived, they stank as well (they must have an issue with storage). Again I requested a refund but was advised again to air them out. I explained they’d been sitting in my garage for over a week and still smelled terrible, and I just wanted a refund, at which point they offered me a 10% partial refund!! I gave up trying with them at this point and reported it to Amazon customer services who issued a full refund with no need to return the cushions. Side note: I’ve since ordered cushions from another seller which had no odor at all and could go straight on the bed - no airing out needed.

Very good really comfortable sterling & appears to be good quality would recommend them to anyone who wants comfort? Value for your money?!!!

These are not very ‘full’ do become that quickly and having had them a few weeks - feathers are popping out do not very down proof. Disappointing and will be replacing.

Nice comfortable for a couple of days then all the feathers start popping out and sticking in your backIt needs to be in a thicker case.
