is the blue part like suction ? does it suction up the stones ?

No it does not suction. That blue part is actually the flashlight. You hook those longer skinner clear to the end and the flashlight lights those up so it is easier to see and scoop inside your mouth

I bought the kit and i just have one question...how do you use the letter E tool? Its silver...

I first have to say this I’m not an ENT or any type of doctor. Just a regular house mom with many trades lol. I use the letter E tool for scraping the throat. That tool is what loosened up the thick mucus that was forming on my throat. I use it for a scraper/scooper.

How easy would it be for the end to fall down in to the throat and choke on it?

It attaches to the end of the light. Pretty tightly. No likely to fall off.

Can the components be sterilized? Specifically, by boiling them?

The majority of the attachments are plastic...So, I wouldn't think so. But, I just soak mine in antiseptic mouthwash for 30 mins and rinse.
