I have had many pairs of these and decided to add the blue lens to my collection. They are great. I spend a lot of time on the water as a captain and these glasses are the best in my opinion. Lightweight, clear/crisp and polarizing. The READERS allow you to use your Health Saving Account $$, so why not get these with after-tax money???

I love Maui Jim Sunglasses and probably own over 10 pairs. It's a real pain to swap from sunglasses to reading glasses when I'm outside trying to read something so I had hoped these glasses would solve that problem.Unfortunately (as other reviewers have also reported) the magnified "reader" portion on these glasses is so low and small they really just don't function as well as they could have/should have.Swing and a miss I guess.All of the other great Maui Jim features (fit/quality/etc) are all there but it's almost like they didn't really test these before they produced them.

They are expensive, but worth the money if you are looking to invest in a very good pair of sunglasses with readers. I primarily use them for golfing. The bifocal does not impact my game. The readers allow me to look at the score card, gps, etc.

They no longer include a sturdy clamshell case. The new case is a flimsy fold flat case. If your replacing your Maui Jim’s save the old case.
