HP 975 Dual-Mode Wireless Keyboard

I purchased the HP 975 Dual-Mode Wireless Keyboard in May 2025. The original keyboard developed an issue where several keys became unresponsive, and HP replaced it under warranty in December 2025. Unfortunately, the replacement keyboard has now developed similar problems. While typing, it intermittently pauses or stops, some keys appear to remain pressed for an unusually long time, and the keyboard sometimes behaves erratically. The problem has become increasingly frequent and is particularly frustrating when using it for work. I contacted HP Support and explained that this is the second keyboard experiencing similar issues. I specifically asked whether there were any known issues with this model and requested a proper long-term solution rather than simply receiving another replacement of the same model. Unfortunately, after providing all the requested information and the original purchase invoice, HP has not provided any meaningful further support or resolution. Having the same type of problem with both the original keyboard and its warranty replacement is extremely disappointing. Even more disappointing is the lack of follow-up from HP when the issue was clearly explained. For a premium keyboard from HP, I expected much better reliability and, more importantly, much better after-sales and warranty support.

It is NOT possible to build a better keyboard. I will NEVER use any other keyboard, this is what I will be using forever. So, because of this...it is great value. PERFECTION.
