Zinc your body can absorb
I take a daily multivitamin with zinc but the zinc is in the form of zinc oxide. Zinc oxide is not soluble therefore can not be absorbed. This product contains zinc gluconate which is soluble so it can be absorbed.

I started taking Zinc (50mg) during covid along with Vitamins C (1000mg) & D3 (125mg). I was suggested by many medical professionals to taje high doses to build one's immune system.
