Automatic function not working after 4 weeks of installing the unit.

Installed the pump 4 weeks ago and now the automatic function is not working anymore. I disconnected the power supply to ensure there was no blockage but it's still not working. When I turn in the manual setting it runs for 1 min and then changes back to automatic and stops working. Please advise if there is a way to fix it?
