Love it keep buying more!!
I love this! I have bought 4 of them for my home office and work spaces. They are great for Cochlear Implant hearing devices with no feedback. Crystal clear hearing on both ends and noise cancelling does the job in the lobby answering the phone. With USB-C adapter, works will with cell phones and on laptop. Works great with Cisco Finesse/Jabber system at work as long as you have USB plug. This would not work with hearing aids to do feedback.

Using for zoom and Google meet....
I can’t believe the quality of this headset for the price—it genuinely surprised me. Plugged it into the computer via USB, and it was instantly recognized without any setup headaches. It even comes with a handy little puck that sits on the desk, giving you quick access to controls. The mute button works exactly as expected, volume controls are smooth, and everything just feels intuitive. I stick with the 7.1 surround sound setting, which is more than enough for my main uses—Zoom meetings, Google Meet, and online classes. I’m told I come through loud and clear on every call, which is exactly what I need. Now, this headset isn’t designed for active noise canceling on its own, so I paired it with the Krisp software—and that combo is perfect. It filters out background noise like a champ while I stay focused on the conversation. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

Stands up to abuse, slightly muddy sound
TL;DR: One year review. Durable and reasonably comfortable with decent sound quality for calls or gaming. I've been through about half a dozen headphones in the past two years. The phones suffer some kind of mechanical failure within about 6 months: insulation frays or wires disconnect, earcups come off, or the plastic parts crack and snap off. These headphones show no signs of wear after a full year and look to keep on going. Part of the reason is that the main plastic pieces have some flex in them rather than being hard acrylic, so they can absorb impacts from dropping or weight if I accidentally sit on them better. The sound on these headphones is slightly muddy with high tones muffled, so they aren't so great for music or movies. They're fine for Skype/Discord etc or for game audio. Caveat: I'm in my middle age, so it's possible the loss of highs is partly due to hearing loss on my part more than the phones. Comfort is OK: They are lightweight and the earpieces are comfortable, but there is no padding on the headstrap and the adjustment settings are pretty basic. Feature notes: 1) The microphone and cable are connected to the right side ear piece. The microphone can flip over to use on the left side, but then the stereo positioning is inverted. This is OK for online calls, but not for gaming. If your software supports inverting stereo channels, it can be worked around. 2) The control buttons are inline in the cable. This design avoids transmitting noise to the microphone when switching on or off, but has been a source of line fraying or disconnects for me on other models/brands. So far these are holding up fine.

Great sound quality
I work in a call center and have been disappointed with several headsets I've purchased, these are by far the best. The sound quality is crisp and clear, and they're comfortable. I have a big head, at first my ears bothered me after wearing them a few hours, but that problem went away after I got used to them. I only turn the volume up on my laptop to 20 because they work so well, other headsets I would go up to 60. The ringing noise when I get a message on microsoft teams is a very nice feature, this was a great purchase. Update: This headset was cutting out on me when I was talking to customers, now they no longer work, when I plugged them in I got a message on my laptop "this USB product has malfunctioned". Very disappointed, only lasted 6 months, too good to be true. Update: I sent an e-mail to the customer service department about my dissatisfaction, and they allowed me to pick out another headset, also they refunded me right away. This company aims to please, can't say enough good things about how they handled my complaint.

No mute
I'm very disappointed in this product, I like it, but the mute option doesn't work, which is kind of a big deal when working in a call center. So I ordered a 2nd one, same problem. I'll keep the headset but am bummed the mute button doesn't work and that I had to spend money on a 2nd one with the same issue.

One star because the microphone no longer works after only 4 months.
The headset worked great for the first 4 months. The sound still works great and cancels out the rest of the noise around me so that I can hear everything clearly. However, after about 4 months, the microphone went out. Any time I use it, the people I am talking to complain that they can barely hear me, even if i have the microphone turned up all the way and the mouth piece right next to my mouth touching my lips. Since I work on a service desk, the customers I am talking to need to be able to hear me and therefore this headset has become useless and needs to be replaced after only 4 short months. If you don't need to talk to anyone then the sound is great for watching movies, etc. However, if you need to talk and be heard on conference calls, etc, then this product does not last very long. Even for the low price, I expected to get more than 4 months out of it. I would NOT recommend this product.

I like them a lot. I added a piece of leather under the top of the headband because the plastic is not so comfortable. It has a great volume control which shows a thin grey bar in the top left corner of the screen when changing volume; it shows the volume from 1 to 100. I found that 50 is a good listening level.

I have now used this headset for a few weeks. It represents very good value. I was a little unsure of what quality I would be getting for the price. I was pleasantly surprised. They are of good quality, easy to use and install immediately. I use them for online teaching and my students have commented on the clarity being good compared to some of the more expensive (brand name) headsets being used by my colleagues. Inline controls are good, microphone positioning being flexible is very good, you can position it away from the mouth and it still picks up voices well. In fact I used it in a classroom with other students present and those listening were able to hear them easily. Comfortable ear pieces means I can wear them for quite a while without causing pressure (I wear spectacles and they don't create excess pressure.

Great headphones for the price. Good audio quality and flexible Mic. I am using this every day for work and uni. Update: I have been using for about a year now - all still working well. Noise cancellation is pretty good for outside noises like mowers and people in your house, less good for the wearer's sounds (e.g., breathing + 'popping p's'). I switch to another mic when I need to record my own audio. But still great value.

These are big clunky headphones advertised to be compatible with Dragon. The word recogition is poor and the headpiece is floopy on your head. Do not buy.
