Good kit to start with.
This is the first time I’ve ever used a nail kit like this. I’m pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how nice the nails turned out. I’ve only had them on for about 24 hours but they feel like they have the durability of the professionally done acrylic nails I’ve gotten before. I’ll update when/if the first nail comes off. I do wish the forms came in more sizes. But overall for a beginners kit this is a great one to get all the things you need and see if you like it. Update 1: Its now been 17 days since I put these on and none have fallen off or even feel close to coming off. The gel top coat has also been great and very durable. I even filed the nails shorter at around 13 days and the polish(regular polish I had already) with the top coat over it is still firmly in place. I’ll update again when I either take the nails off or one falls off. But as far as I’m concerned I’ve gotten my moneys worth out of this kit already. Update 2: After 20 days of having them on one of the nails finally came off. It was also the very first one I put on and was arguably done the worst. The rest are still pretty solid. Update 3: Last update. I ended up taking the nails off myself at around 4 weeks. I only had two nails just straight up come off which were the two I did the worst job at putting on. All the others had to be soaked and clipped to come off, so overall they are VERY sturdy if you do it well. I had a tiny bit of lifting at my cuticle edge on all of the nails, but that was due to me not pushing back my cuticles well enough and not filing the tops of my nails well enough on that edge. I fully believe if I do everything better next time that I’ll be able to get 4 weeks out of all the nails and that they would be attached enough to make filling them worth it.

This Kit is Good
**Skip to the bottom for the list of Pros and Cons** Well this has been the best gel-related purchase I’ve ever made. I got the kit because it had everything in one place for a decent price tag as well as the green colors (green is my favorite color). I had really bad allergic reactions to doing my own gel nails because I was mixing and matching different gel products from different companies. It’s caused my nail to lift from the bed, almost falling off completely. I got this kit after I stopped wearing gel polish for about a year, letting my nails completely regrow in. I did one set using the greener color and the second set using the aquamarine color. With the first set I kept it on for about a week, as my nails grew I realized I accidentally left a pool of gel around my cuticle, so I took them off to do my next set and see if I can avoid the gel looking into my cuticles. It worked, and I’m on week 1 of the second set. When I removed the first set, there was no lifting or signs of the allergic reaction. Now down to the Green kit itself and how it performs. First, the package came slightly damaged, but the products were completely intact. The kit comes with everything listed. The cleanser is decent sized (acetone does work the same way as the cleanser does), with 4 polygels (clear, light green, darker green, and aquamarine), a good nail file, brush and spatula applicator, a base & top coat, and dual forms & the kit instructions/FAQ manual pamphlet. The instructions are easy to follow for the dual forms, and are detailed. The applicators and files work perfectly and the base/top coats are awesome as well (if a bit hard to read the label to tell which is which). The polygels are nice and easy to work with. The only thing I would say about them is that they aren’t very opaque. I would have loved the aquamarine if it was just a bit more opaque in color and not as clear. It’s pretty easy to work around though. Just add more to the bottom of your form and reapply on top of your first formed nail. The gel doesn’t burn! That’s a first for me. I applied them how I normally would and I was never burned through the entire process. Pros: - I’m not allergic!!! - Kit comes with everything you need. - If you run out of cleanser just buy a bottle of acetone and it works great. - File is durable and made well. - Comes with 4 polygels and plenty of dual forms. - The brush/spatula took is made to last and functions perfectly. - The gel polish doesn’t burn my nails like gel usually does!! - Comes with a detailed manual with a large FAQ section. Nothing is misspelled. The grammar is also perfect and easily understood. - While the application process has a learning curve, the gel isn’t easily prone to movement like builder gel is. So you can take your time making sure everything is perfect before curing. - Inlay is easy, my second set has a few star decals I put into the gel. With two coats of the top coat these decals are here to stay until I remove the set. Cons: - You have to file this stuff off or peel it from your nails. It isn’t a soak-off product. - The polygels aren’t completely opaque, so one formed nail may show your actual nail through the pigment. - The cleanser has a small amount of product, enough for ~2 sets. - The application process with the dual forms has a learning curve.

Didn’t realize it was such a little kit
Well I am disappointed. I really do not like to leave reviews anyways. Main reason is because I’m usually too lazy to bother with it unless it’s something that I really really love and that’s usually the only time I will leave a review. Unfortunately though that’s not the case this time, and I felt like I needed to let people know about my experience… so first this must’ve been a returned item. However, I did purchase it brand new. There’s some stickiness all over everything and I try to get the best possible picture that I could get showing this. The box was also a little beat up. I never used poly gel before I’m usually a gel X girl I have a YouTube channel which I only show my hands and so I started doing my own nails because it was too expensive to continue going to the nail salon every two weeks to keep my nails looking nice for my viewers. I decided to transition to poly gel and heard that this was the best product to start with for beginners. I kind of figured that the poly gel bottles wouldn’t be as big as the single bottles that you buy separately, but I didn’t realize that they would be this tiny. I don’t know much about poly gel however, these small bottles can’t do more than a couple of different sets. I’m not sure about the efficiency of the actual product yet. However, if I am truly impressed after doing my nails, I will update this review. If you’d like to see how my nails turn out feel free to look me up on YouTube! Just search for Winter Wolf Readings and feel free to ask me about my nails! Still I do love that everything is included with this kit and it’s perfect for those that just learning and want a little starter kit to practice with! I love EVERYTHING from this brand usually and will certainly continue purchasing this brand in the future. If you’re still reading this review may you be so very blessed! Namaste 🙏🏼

Great results
This is my second time purchasing this product. They've updated the packaging and changed the utensils/casing from black to white. I use the clear as an overlay for my natural nails as opposed to using the nail forms included in the box; just my preference. Going through a period of time where my nails are brittle and break easily so I wanted a nice layer of protection so they can continue growing beautifully. I love this poly product because it's super easy to apply and if you happen to run out of the liquid solution you can easily just use rubbing alcohol. My only issue is the UV lamp/light. It works intermittently. UPDATE!!! Figured out my UV lamp/light works fine, the issue was with the adapter. Be sure your adapter has no shortages and it works like a charm!

Works well for a beginner
I've been doing my own UV gel nails for about 1 year, and after watching a video I decided to give poly gel a try. I purchased a form kit and gave this poly gel set a go, and overall it wasn't that difficult. My nails didn't turn out perfect, but I'm happy with them, and now I only have to wait to see how long they will last before I do my first "fill." The poly gel was unexpectedly thick (and sticky, but I was expecting that), but I kept thoroughly soaked the brush with the slip when working to shape it into the form, and overall it turned out decent enough that I won't file them off. I've got 4 colors to work with so I think these little tubes will last me a while. I did end up using a gel polish over the poly gel, but I think the color I used was pretty enough even by itself (with a top coat, of course.

My favorite!
I have VERY weak nails (thanks autoimmune diseases) and have tried everything under the sun for beautiful long nails. For a while I did fake nails with adhesive tabs, but was finding my hair would get stuck between the nails. So frustrating. Saw this and thought I'd give it a shot. I've applied these nails 3 times now and I feel like I finally got the hang of it. I put the gel on the form and then press it on my nail instead of spreading the gel on the form and then putting it on my nail. Before hardening, I used the brush to the gel that was above my nail so it didn't glob. I then used a nail grinder to get them to the length and shape I wanted. I totally could have left them as is, but I wanted to use one of my new sets of Color Street. I feel like I got a million times better between the first and third application. It was super easy to become pro and be happy with how they look in a few applications.

Perfect starter kit for Polygel!
Awesome kit! Has most everything you need for perfect nails at home. High quality everything! The polygel tubes look small, but the contents go a long way. Out of one tube I’ve done 4 or 5 full sets of a decent length, and there was still some left over. Towards the end of the tube the gel seemed to be a little harder to work with (almost felt like it had cured slightly?) and had some air bubbles in it, but if you use a tube-coil device (like for toothpaste) I’m sure this wouldn’t be as much of an issue. The products are easy to use and beginner-friendly. I had never used polygel or done extensions EVER and my first set turned out amazing! They last a long time and look great even a week and a half later- and I work in healthcare and corrections and am very hard on my hands. I watched a YouTube tutorial (channel: The Beauty Vault) to learn how to use this kit, and she explains how to use it in a way that beginners like myself could easily follow. The photo was taken about a week after I put on the set; I used the Natural Pink tube and added decals (found on Amazon). I highly recommend this kit!!

Some good, some bad
I have mixed feelings about this product. First off what I don't like, is that even though it is 79 degrees in my house the polygel is so thick that I can't seem to find a slip solution that will make easier to use. I guess it's just not my thing. I've now tried builder gels, and those are pretty terrifically easy. ...but this Markart brand did stay on without any lifting for 2 to 3 weeks, which is much better than I got from the other, easier-to-spread brand I used. So if you get past the workability, it's a pretty good product. Another thing I did not like about their polygel is that it is a file off. I knew that going in, but I didn't understand how frightening it would be for me to try and get it off without destroying my nail bed completely. So I'm going to stick with soak off products only. I don't have any problem filing down to a certain point. But I can't file all the way. Now for the accessories they sell with the kit: the UV lamp is awesome. Especially if you travel. It is so inexpensive ($10 if bought separate) small, portable (and collapsible. Love it in a purse or carryon suitcase), and if you like builder gels where sometimes you have to hold your fingers upside down to let gravity work to form your apex, that little light can just be picked up and held upside down to cure your nails. Those 'slip your hand in under the light' setups cannot. So absolutely get the lamp no matter what product you're trying to put on your nails. Now the nail brush they sent with the kit looks fantastic with the little diamond studded lid, but I hate using it. It's not made well, the doesn't cluck on securely, it feels flimsy, and the brush wiggles as if it's going to come off the handle. I like the one I got from the other brand, Morovan, I think it was called? So much better quality. Markart's primer and dehydrator are pretty sweet. And the top gel works great over my builder gel. So with all that 'like and don't like', I hope you find what works for you.

Easy to do nails
I previously had the pink kit and loved it. As expected this kit was not a let down! I personally dislike and so do not use the dual forms but other than those this is a fantastic kit with everything you need!
