You can use them for rugby if the ground is soft. And they do run narrow.

Q: Are good soccer shoes?

These are designed for playing Rugby. Not sure how they will do for soccer. You would need to change out the metal tip studs for plastic studs if you decide to go with these boots. Very durable.

Q: what length studs do these come with?

Half inch studs but you can buy smaller replacement studs for hard ground play.
