I like how easy it was to setup. I wish I’d read more before purchasing as the computer doesn’t open up flat so hooking up to a monitor isn’t good

Blue screen of death - Windows 10
Just took it out of the shipping box. I allowed the laptop to charge up before booting. First boot gave me a blue screen of death and to find out in 2024 it comes with windows 10 instead of windows 10.

Would be fine, but users compain of freezing machine
Bought a few for staff that doesn't have CPU intensive tasks. Most of them are OK with it, but some complain about the machine freezing sometimes for a few seconds. Performance otherwise is acceptable if you stick to ARM programs. Poor quality display with bad viewing angles, even for the price. Lastly the touch pad doesn't always respond properly.

Two days
Had this for 2 days installing software and some use.The third day the screen and cursor freeze while purchasing Airline tickets.I call the manufacturer for support.The said since I just purchased it, return it...which I did.Samsung wanted to send a replacement. NO, and no more Microsoft software. I have one Chromebook at my home in Europe, will get another for my US home

Overal looks good but very hard to use, not all drivers can be instaled an not all sofwers. Works slow.

Would constanrly freeze on me. Didplay hard to see with brightness, sluggish pointer. Had to return.
