Love that both rollers are about a foot in length. That allows me to roll one leg while using my arms and the other leg to control the movement. 2 inch and 6 inch diameter options allows for varied intensity as do the different surfaces, bumpy or smooth.

Definitely helps with blood circulation in my legs.

I’m a large guy. Over 6 feet and not skinny. This roll looks longer in the picture. Probably my fault for not reading the description but both are short. One is just a smaller diameter.

I purchased it for an occasional back and neck cracking/stretching. I kept the larger one at home, and I took the smaller one into work. I've tried cushiony lumbar and back supports for my office chair, but never anything like this. For a quick stretch or to relieve some pressure or fatigue, or to quickly adjust your posture, this thing is outstanding. It's extremely sturdy too. I've put all of my weight on it and it doesn't budge. Pretty nice!

It was easy to use and it helped.

I bought this intending to place it on the floor so I could lay on it to roll under my back for a nice massage. It’s way to firm. It’s made from a pvc pipe with about 1/2” of extra-firm foam covering, The foam has about 1/4” flex, which is not enough to comfortably cushion my spine. If you get this for my intended purpose, wear a couple of sweatshirts plus a heavy winter coat for comfortable cushioned use!

It is very hard wish it was a little more foamy but other than that it pops all the right places

Barely opened the package and see dirty surface. Not satisfied…
