Electric Styles Light Up Shoes

I gave it four for a few reasons. Shoes are dope. Hands down really cool. I work for NCL cruise ships and we have a glow party. These are a hit. The timing on the settings is not perfect. I wanted them to change colours perfectly but the left is quicker than the right. So every 10 minutes I'll reset to a new pattern or colour. Also they run small so watch out. And they don't tie up tight the way you want. One shoe I can feel the lighting base through the sole. Not an issue. I'm hesitant of jumping around but I think it will do just fine. Oh well it's for show value. And it deserves a solid 4EDIT: FIrst time I had these, man I thought they were amazing, they kind of still are. Loved them for my GLOW parties that i host on Norwegian Cruise Lines, big hit. However, not entirely too comfortable over time so i bought some inserts. Problem Fixed. Now I have had them and worn them about 10 times for a couple hours each time. Now some of the lights do not stay illuminated, sometimes one single light will stay a colour and the others will change or half the shoe won't stay lit up as I walk around. Really cool concept, but just lacking in the sturdiness and wear and tear of the product, the lasting ability or longevity of shoe life. The shoes just don't last and I do hope the newer model I have seen are more sturdy and work better with a longer life span.

I got these for my wife, and ordered a little larger based on the comments. She wears a size 7 womens, so I ordered her a 6 mens, which the decription says should be about a 7.5W. My wife confirmed that usually 6 men's would be about an 8 (I have no clue). However upon putting them on, she said they were STILL too snug, but not too snug to stretch with her little foot shaped vise... thing.Overall they're pretty neat, she likes them, just need to give them a week or so to loosen up.I do recommend that if you get these for walking the dog at night or any other activity with a lot of ankle movement, maybe explore another option. The placement of the charge port/switch are nestled directly in front of your ankle on the inside. I could see it causing a problem unless you like your shoes laced loosely. I'm still toying with the idea of relocating this to the tongue of the shoe, where I think it might be less in the way. About 10 cents worth of wire and a little extra elbow grease and these would be cool enough that even I might get a pair for myself!

I love these shoes. They charge up in a couple hours and last around 3-5 hours depending on the colors you choose. They do every color of the rainbow, strobe fast or slow, and several color change patterns including a fade. They are extremely bright, you can walk around in total darkness and see your way if you have these things on. They weigh less than my new balances and are just as comfortable, I've danced all night in them multiple times (I switch them off when not dancing to conserve battery). The leds are RGB leds meaning they show red, blue, green or a combination of those colors, if they are set to R G or B only one of the colors is turned on and they last much longer, if you choose a color like orange (red+green leds) or white (red+blue+green leds) the battery won't last quite as long.They fit true to size, I'm a size 10 in mens size 11 wide womens and the 10 fit perfectly.I've worn to several events and people literally chased me around asking about my shoes, be prepared to get LOTS of attention. It got to a point I had to turn my shoes off because I had 100+ people comment on my shoes at one event.

I want to start by saying Amazon's customer is the BEST BY FAR. However, the shoes themselves don't live up to expectations, probably due to poor manufacturing by the seller Electric Styles. The right shoe clicks when stepping which can be annoying until it wears in, and the right shoe seems to be the first to go out of sync and die, in about 2.5 hours, too; the left shoe died about 15 minutes later (The producer claims up to 6 hours). I wish there was more truth in the statement before I decided to purchase, and replace more than once, which Amazon was more than generous enough with doing. At the end of the day it's a great shoe for parties, although the price is a little too much when compared to performance and comfort (I also had to put in insoles to make them comfy enough for long periods).

So my friends and I bought 4 of these for EDC Vegas. Right off the bat, 2 did not work. After the first night, the 3rd one also didn't work. Since these were the only shoes any of us brought, we were stuck wearing them, meaning they are now pretty dirty, worn out, and basically unreturnable. I understand if maybe 1 doesn't work, but when THREE OUT OF FOUR don't work, something is wrong. We tried switching chargers and using different outlets, but none of that worked. I'm extremely disappointed by these shoes.On top of that, these shoes are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The four of us are no strangers to festivals and we expect some foot pain after a night of raving. But by the end of the first night, my feet were hurting so bad that I was struggling on the walk home. Words can't describe the relief and joy I felt every time I took these devil shoes off my feet. Conversely, the fear and trepidation I felt before putting these shoes on is rivaled by none. I would pass a kidney stone or get repeatedly stabbed before putting these shoes back on. They offer no support, the soles are non-existent, and they run at least a size smaller than advertised. If you are considering buying these shoes, take your $65 and light it on fire, because at least that way you get a cool light show out of it.So to summarize, PLEASE OH LORD DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!!

These are really fun. I purchased these for myself (girl). I have slender feet, so they are quite roomy inside, as they're sized for men. Easy to walk in, but a little more challenging for dancing, for slender feet. These ship from the US, so they only take a few weeks to arrive in Canada. That was a big reason for shopping from this seller, and not an international one. I've had the shoes for less than a year, and maybe worn them only 8 times, and the lights in one of the shoes are not working well. It started by losing its charge at about 4-5 hours. Now, the bottom section of the lights (at the heel) change colour when I step, displaying one colour on the toe portion, and a different one on the heel portion. For an expensive shoe, I would have expected the lights the last much longer, without problems!

It looks great when it's working but broken after 2 raves. I jumped too much???

Love the shoes but they stopped working after 1 use. Left shoe will not change colour or switch off once charged

The shoes fit but fit larger then the size 8 I normally wear. Lights are bright and the shoe is actually very comfortable.

My stepson loved these for his dance competition and recital! I was impressed that they arrived a day earlier than promised.
