Got these in anticipation of my husband getting snipped. They fit into the underwear that I bought separately. They stay nice and cold and are well-made. They are comfortable and well worth every penny! His healing will be so much better thanks to being able to swap these out!

Helps when you've had testicular surgery or in the general area. Just do it, less bulky than ice packs and fit great in underwear that are designed for these. Lots of options for those types of underwear, but these are great just sliding in and out of the pouch, low profile so no one needs to know you're icing your nuts while wearing them.

I got snipped a week ago, but even with an "office" job, I wanted something more discreet than an ice pack to provide relief down below while at work. Paired with underwear with a dedicated pouch for these packs, they work great. I still have swelling and pain during the recovery process, but these have helped quite a bit. I'd recommend buying two sets so you can properly chill the ones you used while having another ready to go when you need them. I may only need to use them for this particular situation, but they'll be nice to have if any other problems like hernias pop up in the future. I do hope that others get these before their procedures, rather than finding out about them afterward and having to wait a day or two to get them like I did.

these stay coldish for about 40 minutes. if you put a bag of peas or an ice pack on one side, they'll stay cold indefinitely.they're comfortable because they stay flexible when frozen. since they don't "freeze solid", they can conform to the shape of the body.

One of the ice packs only lasted 3 days. Probably used each one 2x a day so it broke after 6 uses. Should have gone with frozen veggies. Cheaper, larger cold area, and lasts longer.

As a heavier man I couldn’t get the underwear, but I tried the ice packs by themselves. Just enough to cut down on pain and discomfort. Flexible and the perfect fit for myself. Highly recommended for anyone getting a vasectomy. Don’t second guess it…

Kept area covered and cool. Retained its shape and molded to form as it defrost. Husband was happy after day 3 near healed.
