Great for new shifters
This would be great for people who are just being introduced to shifting. It comes with 1 shifting template to start off with, then you can create your own on paper! It explains what shifting is, shoots down false information, etc. Perfect for new shifters, if you're a person who just learned about shifting and is interested in it but doesn't know where to start then this book is for you.

Nicely written
I love this book. I think it's great for beginners and experienced shifters. I know a lot about shifting myself, but even as a experienced shifter having a outline makes scripting much easier. Highly recommend.

Yeah. It's bad.
There are many factual errors in this book, not about shifting (because that is not a scientific concept anyway, so the autor can say whatever they want and nobody could proof them wrong). But the many worlds theory, schrödingers cat experiment and placebo effect are described factually wrong in this book. And sorry, you can't just interpret your WRONG understanding of these concepts how ever you want to fit your esotheric beliefes to make them sound more scientific. They even misunderstand esotherik concepts like raising your vibrations...it's just sprinkled all over the book that something will "raise your vibrations" and that will help you shift without even understanding what raising vibrations means. It's a horrible book from any perspective (and I'm a therian myself, so i'm not against spiritual concepts at all)In the end these errors just made it more clear that shifting isn't a real thing. I'm sorry...it's just not. It's at best a ticktock trend without any basis or stolen concepts.Rather spend your money on a book on lucid dreaming, you will have more fun and results with that.
