I was using an ASUS dongle and it was not very reliable. My machine would crash. This one seems to work OOB much better. I connected audio, kbd and trackpad no problem.

This product fully replaces your computer's Bluetooth transmitter and requires you to have a plugin keyboard and mouse to complete its set up. The set up is VERY complicated, the instructions are poorly written and only available using a QR code. The removal app did not work. I spent an afternoon with Apple support to get my MAC back and working. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Did not work with MacOS Monterey, the company had some awesome customer service though and I was able to get a refund easy.

This workaround to enable Bluetooth upgrade to ver 4.0 on my 3 x 2011 27" iMacs - finally! Follow the clear instructions - and leave the dongle in place going forward.

I have an old Power Mac Mid-2010 5,1 that I have kept running. I recently upgraded the OS to Monerey which knocked out my built in bluetooth. This inexpecive little device got my old computer hooked back up to bluetooth with a far wider range than the old one.

Despite what the manufacturer claims, this item is not compatible with MacOS Ventura on an iMac 2017. My BT and WiFi internal chip failed (very common malfunction) and this was presented as an option to avoid replacing the internal card. Unfortunately, it did not work. I tried every single possible troubleshooting option. Contacted the manufacturer (email option only) and no response. It was very frustrating. I downloaded and installed the software but the hardware was never recognized. It will NOT work with MAC OS. Period.

for a mac pro 5,1 running 12.7. Don't download the driver. Plug in the adapter, open Terminal and type: sudo nvram bluetoothHostControllerSwitchBehavior=always then type your password and reboot. If bluethooth is not enabled run "sudo pkill bluetoothd". see Morgonaut's You tube for more info.

All my bluetooth devices are now connected with a mac mini 2010 core patched running on sequoia mac os this made it work

(Imac 21,5" late 2011 - OS High Sierra) - inserito su porta USB , non necessita di installazione, subito rilevato dal sistema come antenna bluetooth (compare automaticamente l'icona sulle impostazioni generali e funziona come il bluetooth integrato di un Mac). Rileva bene apple magic keyboard 2 e magic mouse 2. Ottimo prodotto.

En un Review de una persona que supuestamente sabe mucho, me dijeron que este USB Dongle, serviría perfecto con mi sistema hackintosh, pero realmente no funcionó, pero no es culpa del USB, la configuración de mi sistema no me permitió probarlo, pero si lo recomiendo
