For me, this is the best Atlantic sea salt. Only the very top crystals are raked off by hand.The salt pans were originally constructed by the Phoenicians over 3,000 years ago andhave been in continuous production since! Love this salt, not as sharp flavored as some,almost sweet by comparison though definitely salty. My favorite for many years. Great valuefor money. Just wish they mentioned it ships from the UK and takes a couple weeks or moreto arrive..

Best tasting salt!
I love this salt! The taste is fantastic! I won't use any other type of salt. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I prefer their coarser or larger crystals.

Superior Salt, an essential in my kitchen. I love it!
I use Lima Atlantic Sea Salt (fine) to cook with as well as brush my teeth.There is no "flow" agents in this salt.The taste is superior to other brands and this salt is used by professional chefs.

Sorry Maldron....this is THE BEST finishing salt available. Fantastic in baking, it conveys an extra salty finish in cookies and other baked goods. My favorite - for years now.
