why is this soap never availabe ,don't non health care people need to wash their hands too ?

Yeah it's really annoying! It's my favorite liquid soap scent and it's consistently unavailable. I'll have to remember to buy more next time

Is this soap drying to the skin/hands?

Not for my hands! But everybody's skin is different!! My skin is very dry this time of year! But I really love this soap I find it feels soft to my skin!!
