A new partner in love?
I wonder what’s going to happen in Luke’s new relationship also how it would be a conflict of interest? No matter what, he will deliver nonstop and nonsense against all foes.

Better than Mission Impossible or 007 agents
I have read all the Luke Stone series todate. This one, President Elect was a great sequel to the other 4. It is a five star read but I gave it four only because of plausibility. I know it’s work of fiction but the authors other books were steeped in plausibility. That makes the books a lot more interesting to this reader. Nonetheless this book was excellent and an amazing sequel to the other books. Like Stone and his small team have endured so much craziness but as a former military member I have witnessed small strike teams like them suffer greatly. I want to be on their team. I love America and our values of Liberty, honor, and justice for all. Great job in writing these stories. Looking forward to the remaining two books.

Held my interest. From start to finish.
The story line was very believeable. the main characters continued from book 4. Hard to put the book down. Glad I am retired so I could read to my Hart's content.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this series so far and was excited to read the latest one. I really loved the characters in the previous books and could not wait to see the latest adventure for them. And I was not disappointed. While I cannot help but see similarities between the President elect in the book and our current president, Donald Trump, I did not take offense to it as other reviewers have. I had pre-ordered it a while back and was excited when it became available. Covert ops, CIA/FBI, political thrillers are my cup of tea and I love this series. Can't wait to see what disasters await Luke and friends in the next novel. While some of what happens may seem far fetched to some, I honestly believe it is closer to the truth than most would like to believe.

Good series
I like the characters and love political type thrillers. I enjoy following character development, such as the ups and downs of life lived like it is in these books. This one has things flipped in terms of who is propagating election fraud - irony or an indicator of the author’s political leanings, as shared by other reviewers? There is also the issue of how conservative politicians are portrayed (racist, war mongers, etc.) that are simply false stereotypes but played up well in today’s media, etc. If a reader can overlook these things and enjoy the ins and outs of Luke Stone and his team read on... if not, skip!

sleep depriver
It's amazing how Mr. Mars's scenarios seem to slide toward realism. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to see the things that could happen. Besides being a good story, this book made me think about how dangerous this world is. This book also made me so curious about a lot of things, and made me do a lot of my own research. It's little graphic, but not inappropriate . Mr. Mars ha an excellent command of the English language, and has no need of vulgarity. Very good book.

Surreal….
Another high energy thriller. What’s profound is how the author is able to create parallels to our current political environment. I was not disappointed and look forward to book 6.

Maybe the Best Book in the Series
This series continues to impress. The plot kept you on edge and the characters were riveting. The villains were vile and this book was just thrilling. Luke Stone is vulnerable and likable as is Susan Hopkins, Newsam, Swann, Don Morris, etc. I loved this book and series. Mars is definitely an underrated author
