I purchased two of these sets and they are great for artists

The pencils are so so. I also got a lot of duplicates, and not a full set 8B - 2H as advertised.The case is amazing. I love it. It has lots of room for my other supplies. The only issue with it is the included kneaded erase is constantly falling out of it.

My son got the roll up set for Christmas last year and loved it but the items would sometimes fall out. We replaced it with the zip up set and the quality seems the same but one of the 2B pencils arrived split. Overall though this set is decently priced and good quality for beginners.

I ordered the case set rather than the pouch, and the sketchbook I bought fits inside perfectly! However, Upon inspection, the graphite on the pencils do not go all the way through. I want to cut one open to see how far it goes, but I don't want to ruin the pencils. Some of the pencils seem to be the same textures, and some are more darker. Some of the graphite goes through to the bottom, some do not. I love drawing with them! The kneadable eraser is a bit low quality, but I got what I paid for. The soft eraser is really good and I love that one! The razor blade I got is sharp. I have not used it as an exacto knife yet, but it seems like it will do well! The shaders are not the best quality I have ever seen but they are still pretty good. I have not tried the charcoal pencils yet but i'm sure they are good! The case is durable and I love how portable it is. My only real complaint is that other than the eraser slots, all of the pencil slots and even the slots for the shaders and blade are small and around the same size. Other than that, It is pretty good! I would reccomend more if the graphite went all the way through the pencil so I know I am not getting cheated.

It's a nice kit for beginners or those who are beginning again. :)Please know that there is a clickable blade in it. You'll need to remove it if this is for a child. I'm not sure why they put this type of blade in it. For sharpening, it's not good since it's awkward to handle for that purpose. The small blade is easily detached if you use it when it's clicked too far out. A sand file or a pencil sharpener would be better.This does have all the range of pencils noted in the video; however, there are multiples of certain ones. I put them in order so I could get to them easily.1 - 8B1 - 7B1 - 6B1 - 5B4 - 4B2 - 3B4 - 2B1 - HB1 - B2 - 2HI hope this helps.

Just needed a set of pencils for me to keep on hand (both at home and in my vehicle) so that I could do some quick sketches (or markings) for using my matboard cutters (I actually mount my prints/artworks, so having an economical set of easy to erase pencils is a must).

This kit is great for my son to take to school or use at home. I think there are duplicate pencils, I only had a few minutes to go through it as we were leaving the next morning and I had to wrap it quickly. I recommend taking out the pencil sharpener if this is going to school. Its a literal utility knife (for those who don't know, its a razor on one side, I'm sure the school would frown on that). As far as I know, the pencils work great. The erasers are cool. I don't know what the pencil lengthening tool is supposed to do. None of the pencils that I could find, in the kit or around my house, fit into the hole. I even took a pair of pliers to it and then the ring becomes useless and the pencils still don't fit. Maybe someone could describe it to me. The paper "erasers" don't erase. I tested them on some scrap paper. So all three charcoal pencils look the same size and hardness. There are 4 4b, 2 2b, 2 2b, and the rest seem one of a kind. I don't know about the strap. When you roll the kit up there are a few inches of extra strap.
