Does it come with cooking instructions?

No, but all you have to do is take a little cooking oil in pan, about a couple of inches. Drop them in & when they blow up & look like chips take out quickly or they burn. You will know when done.

I didn't like it. In the first place it was too much a taste of fish , not subtle, I wouldn't buy it again. You should be able to order good ones from hawaii
