Vol. 8

My personal interest is for early classical music and I though at least more than half of the collections would consist of those pieces I love. However, the large portion of this collection is made up of the contemporary or of late 19 century composers.Thus it was not for me, but I still have a great admiration for Telarc’s effort to make best sounding recordings.

This is another disk I bought when there was a Tower Records in Boston. It's got a good sampling of music from the 1800 and the 1900. One of the composers is Stravinsky... for Pete's sake!. A good introduction to music of the 1800's and the 1900's
