Rimmel Shake It Fresh Mascara, Very Black, 0.30 Fluid Ounce

I like how you shake it to get a fresh coat of mascara on the wand. I am 44 and I have short, light eyelashes. I bought the very black shade and the wand coats my lashes and lengthens them with no clumping. This one isn't waterproof. I think next time, I will buy the waterproof one because I sometimes rub my eye forgetting that I have on mascara. I wear contact lenses and sometimes I find a mascara that irritates my eyes. But this one doesn't irritate them. Very good mascara and good price.

The concept is a good one. However, the formula did not work for me. The mascara applied beautifully. No clumping or sticking together of my lashes. However, with 2 hours, most of the mascara was in a large, dark crescent under my eyes. I normally wear waterproof mascara. But I have a few that are not waterproof. I've never had a mascara run into my face so much and so very quickly. I'm just glad I tried it on a day I wasn't going out to meet with a client. I gave it 1 stars for the concept and the wonderful application. Also, someone else may not have the smearing problem I had. For me, the mascara did not look at all presentable after 1 hour and was a 'racoon eye', by the end of the second hour.

I have been using various Rimmel mascaras for years. This has a nice big barrel so I assumed it would last a while and the brush is fine. The problem is that the product is thin and watery so it requires so many coats that it takes a long time to apply, and even after multiple coats, it is minimal.

I have sensitive eyes, but I can use it with no alergic reaction.Big container, last for many months. Good price, good quality. I am happy to find this in Amazon.

I loved how thick and long my lashes would be with just one application, but it seemed to make my eyes water and it is DEFINITELY not tear proof

The media could not be loaded. First off I'm a fan of Rimmel mainly due to being on a budget, I needed a great eye makeup remover! They got it!! then I needed a great mascara!! So here was a new Mascara! SHAKE it FRESH!!! Absolutely genius!! Coats my skinny lashes well does not leave clumps! 😘
