If there’s no handling of stool, how is it tested?

The test is performed by dropping one of the pads into the toilet while the stool is in the bowl. If the pad has a blue/green color change, you are positive for fecal occult blood. Very simple test!

Are the pads (and package) biodegradable?

The test tissues are made of paper and biodegradable. The outer packaging, instructions for use and results card are also made of paper. **The test tissue pouch and positive control packet are NOT.**
