This item works great. It's a perfect fit for my hand and it supports my thumb very well. I hyperextended my thumb and it hurts anytime I try to hold something (like holding a glass of water) but this thing keeps it positioned in a way that I'm able to still grab the glass effectively and it doesn't cause me pain.

it is very good device to help me with my thumb's problem after 30+ years lab. tech repetitive work. it is very protective while I am doing weight bar work out and biking. I now need a pair of light weight one for daily use while not work out. I will be all set after that.

Great for the price, working and helping heal. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because right at the thumb area, the thread pokes the inner thumb causing pain. I will be cutting it a bit to help with this issue but otherwise a great product.

I just purchased my third one of these. Unfortunately, my right wrist is permanently swollen from lymphedema, so I needed a "large" size instead of the medium as for my left wrist. I am keeping all three. That would be the only negative I have to say: I can't see a woman or man with large wrists wearing this brand, so I took off a star. But this brace is very well designed. I had a flare of tendonitis in both my wrists and thumbs, leading to a realization that I sleep on curled hands and wrists like a baby! So I wear these at night to break that habit, as well as intermittently during the day to relieve my pain. A great value and definitely worth it for men or women with small to medium wrists. This may be my second review. The materials do not trigger my latex allergy.

This was a lifesaver for me after spraining my thumb. It helped me to immobilize it so that it could recover well. A great design and does what it promises without being really bulky.
