Fender Gretsch G6238FT Electromatic Solid Body Guitar Case

This case is well made and looks nice. It perfectly fits my Gretsch G5230T Electromatic Jet Electric. I am very happy with this purchase.

I purshased this case for my Gretsch Electromaiic with a Bigsby. I was concerned if the guitar would fit with the bigsby. I folded the trim arm down and it fit perfectly. The case constriction seemed a little thin but well built. I thought is was a little pricey combared to an aftermerket hard case ie. Gator Case, at the end of the day, I am totally satisfied.

This is a nice hardshell for Gretsch solid-body guitars. It fits my 5230t like a glove, even with the strap still on it. Nice snug fit but did not have to "shove" it in. Turn the Bigsby arm all the way down and it fits fine. Tolex is fine, plush gray interior, interior case for this and that. Strap locks are fine, handle is plastic. Not a top of the line case, but it fits, and is perfectly suited for hauling around town. I don't know that I would trust it to an airplane bin for travel. Note: my Gretsch has a Biggsfix raised tension bar on the Bigsby and the case still fits great, if that is a concern to you.
