Never going back to a regular pan
I don’t even care how boring it makes me, I really love these pans. I have a larger and a smaller one now and they’re so versatile, I use them constantly and have thrown out all of my regular frying pans. There’s a learning curve involved with these pans, but as long as you a) let it get HOT before you use it (will a drop of water sizzle?) b) Never let it sit in water or be generally damp, and c) can put up with a heavy piece of cookware then you can’t go far wrong! They’re fabulous for everything from fried eggs to pork chops or cinnamon rolls! If you’ve ever killed a cast iron pan but liked the concept, then these pans are for you. The enamel makes them easy to clean and nonstick from day one, and it’s obvious if you’ve actually got it clean or not 😅I wash mine by hand and set them on a hot stove for a bit to dry out, and give them a light coat of oil now and then.

Beautiful pan
I went from cast iron and ceramic to non-stick a few years ago. Never really been happy with the non-stick and the way it heats. Finally going back to ceramic and got this to replace my small non-stick. I am so happy with it. One, it's beautiful, I got the teal. And it heats evenly and retains heat evenly. And it's so easy to clean. Reading some of the reviews, it seems as tho many people think of ceramic as non-stick. It's not. However, it is very easy to clean. But you have to care for them, don't scratch them. When I have stuck food, a bit of water and a few minutes later it cleans up fine. If you use any type of scratcher, make sure it is one specifically for non-stick and ceramic. If cared for, this will last a lifetime or two.And a tip for making it non-stick. . . make sure it is well heated before adding food. I regularly make breads in ceramic, no greasing, just heat the dish well in 450-500 and drop in dough. No stick.

Very excited!
I wanted a small skillet for frittatas etc. for one or two people. This one is perfect and by far the cheapest I’ve found while still being a recognized brand. It arrived today in perfect condition, packaged well.I wanted red but the teal was six bucks cheaper and it won’t be sitting out in the kitchen anyway. Turns out the teal is a really pretty color. ❤️

worked great and made one of the best, non-outdoor/charcoal grll hamburgers but there was a small bump on the bottom of the pan, filed it off but the bump was iron so quality control was not awesomea small defect on an otherwise awesome pan

Great value
I've phased out using my Teflon pans this past year due to the issues with PFAS. I was just looking to try some entry level options as cast iron was new to me. This item was on the really cheap side when looking at enameled cast iron, so I started with it as the size seemed right for eggs.Been using it for almost a year now and it works great. The weight of cast iron takes some getting used to but no other issues.

Oil is a must
Harder to clean than expected. Food sticks to skillet, must use some type of oil

Perfect condition, perfect frypan. Even crusted on food is easily removed.
Got tired of cleaning regular cast iron, so I bought this little beauty. This item, per instructions, should only be hand washed.I’d floured beef stew meat, sautéing on two sides before adding to a casserole dish. Boy, what a mess! Black stuff was everywhere, inside and out. I used Bon Ami on the outside. While it won’t scratch, I didn’t want to aggressively clean the inside. Instead, I gave it a good hand wash, mostly filed it with water, added baking soda, then vinegar, and set it to medium on the range for about 1/2 hour. Other than a few specks, everything lifted off the pan and was poured down the drain. A final gentle scrub with the sponge, and it was 100% back to out-of-the box perfection.

Wonderful replacement piece
Love my vintage Waterford cast iron enamel skillet, however when it broke I needed a new skillet. Took a chance and really like this skillet. Will be getting adding pieces as time and money permits.Love the teal color, really brightens up the kitchen. Rather stunning color, leave it out on the stove.Use a medium to low flame to keep things from burning, easy clean up.

Ease of cleaning
DEFINITELY NOT easy to clean. Everything I cooked in it stuck to the base. It was not easy to clean at all. It’s now past return by date so it will be going in the bin

Love
Smaller size. Perfect for 2x150g steak size cut. Perfect condition. No defects, no cracks, no peels, no scratches, easy to remove burnt food at bottom too. Just leave it with water in the sink and wipes easily. I've used it to bake, grill, cook etc and its all good. Food cooks much faster too. I love it. Only that it's heavy :)

Small but Mighty
This is the perfect pan for 1 person. I love my bigger cast iron and always wished I had a smaller one. Well I wish no more. I cook in it, wash it and put it right back on the stove top. And the colour is dreamy!
