Spaghetti Bolognese:Quick filling meal and very satisfying. Good to bring into the office or on a lazy day at home. It's not spicy, but it has a good flavour, add your own spices if needed. The spaghetti substitute is actually nice with this - with some brands you find a bad aftertaste or too rubbery but this one's texture is barely noticeable and enjoyable with the sauce which it soaks flavour from.I add a bit of low fat cheese on mine.Only downside is that it's a bit pricey and I wish I could get something like this locally, but it's a good investment anyway.The others:Not so keen on the vegan chicken flavour or the rice substitute, so those didn't do it for me. But if you're used to that kind of thing it may work for you. The veg was nice in it.

Ok with other foods

If you are used to skinny noodles and cooking with them you will like these. I love that the flavour is absorbed well and really is a good nutritious meal on the run. It is pricey. If you like spice you will love these. I love spicy food and I can't fault any of these. Nice variety and good for a keto managed diet or just filling food that doesn't spike those blood sugars. Thankyou. Please keep making these. Would love if they were a little cheaper

Was really looking forward to trying this but very disappointed. More sauce than anything else and not much substance. Great taste but glad I only bought 4 packets to try but will give them away as they were too hot for me.

I was pleasantly surprised with meal. It was very tasty, filling and packed with flavours. You can’t tell it’s Konjac noodles you are eating. It tastes exactly like pasta, none of that rubbery, chewy slippery texture that usually comes with konjac noodles. Wish I knew how it was prepared! Nice portions too, it kept me full for hours. At just 220 calories, it fits nicely with my keto/ weight loss regime. The price is not too terrible either. I have now ordered more and will be trying the other varieties with this brand.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time! The portion size is great, and the food is delicious. Would highly recommend!
