24" Huffy Women's Nel Lusso Cruiser Bike, Mint, Wire Basket

Cute bike. Took on a trip to Hilton Head and got a lot of use out of it. Love that it has a basket, cup holder and separate cell phone holder. I’m 5’4 and felt like this bike is the perfect height for me.

This bike is cute and comfortable. But it was a pill to assemble. The instructions suck—both in language and diagrams—in part because Huffy doesn’t print separate ones for different models so you’ll see language like “if you have this then put it on”. It also requires a number of tools that aren’t provided. You better have a variety of Allen wrenches, screwdrivers and a regular wrench. I couldn’t figure out the basket support so I ditched it. Also could have used another adult. I say this as someone who built her nursery furniture at 8 months pregnant. Anyway, so glad I get to assemble a second one for my daughter when it arrives *sarcasm* Also, mine has some pink overspray splatter on the mint paint job but I’m too lazy to return, and I do like it so I don’t want to send it back.

Very attractive bike with comfortable seat. Directions are difficult to follow, especially with some missing parts from the box having arrived open. The box with the basket in it also was opened so it was either a return or someone went through it. Fender has some damage on it and bike was overall dirty. Wheels were still clean so not sure what happened to it. Front attachment for wheel was bent but we managed to get the wheel attached using pliers and a hammer. Would have loved to have gotten one that was not damaged.

I bought this for my daughter, the seat is very uncomfortable and was giving her back problems. I had to go and replace it with another seat which was an expense I was not expecting. The wheel fenders are also dented so from time to time they create noise by rubbing against the tires.Not a satisfied customer with this purchase. I am strongly debating whether to return it.

Came as described. Easy to assemble. Only thing is part of the bike was sticking out of the box. No damage but wish it was packaged a little better .

The box arrived completely destroyed. There were parts missing, dents everywhere and seemed like the bike was used. I would not recommend buying this bike.

.box came damaged and so was bike and its cheaply made. In the process of returning it and it seems I have to take it apart, find another box and pay for shipping charges.
