This is a very helpful product. More than just weight lifter Stan is dynamic in many ways. He share his triumphs and failures. Time well spent.

Unbelieveible DVD
Being the same age and only benching half the weight of stan and his 600 pound bench. I highly recommend this DVD Stan is unbelieveable and explains a lot about gaining size and strength.

Best lifter's movie I have seen. Rhino is built in excellent proportions, speaks for himself and shows us himself about every aspect of winning the World's Strongest Bodybuilder title, is the model powerlifter in truth and makes the viewer admire powerlifting as much as Rhino. Beautiful.
