Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these to anyone suffering from constipation or digestive issues, the product says to take 2 capsules, but I only need to take 1 a day to keep things 'regular' no nasty side effects & are pleasant & easy to swallow, will DEFINITELY be buying these from now on.
