I’ve purchased this arborio rice a number of times and I love it - it’s always delicious and cooks easily. For a rice pudding I make a quick, stovetop version with this, and it always turns out well. Also great in risottos!

Good quality risotto rice. The shape of the rice is round which is what risotto rice should be like. On subscription as we really like Amazon’s risotto rice.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. Upon opening one of the packages, I noticed what appeared to be a web inside. I am unsure whether this rice is still edible or if it may be compromised in some way. I am not a regular rice eater, so don’t know if the rice can be edible after a proper wash.
