I found the product to perform as described. It was delivered in a timely fashion in new condition as promised. However, I found the device did not work for me When I attempted to return it for credit in, pristine condition, I was informed by Amazon and the supplier they would not allow the Vacuum pump to be returned for credit refund. When Amazon and or it's suppliers sell products that, if purchased, will not be authorized for credit refund for any reason will be rejected but is a fact not prominently displayed to the buyer in the individual pictorial advertisement or product description posted on Amazons website and should be.In my opinion, down playing significant well known negative aspects of purchasing products by omitting the fact that the cost of an item is known in advance to be nonrefundable is a type of false and misleading advertising in other words a criminal act. Amazon has built it's reputation on guaranteeing the items sold on it's website work and making it trouble free to rectify deficiencies or your money back if not satisfied. Understandably, items such as this, can be contaminated and returning them does raise a refurbishment health issue in so far as disinfection is concerned but in my case I'm disease free and pose no such risks. All the more reason, Amazon should prominently label these items as nonreturnable and nonrefundable under any circumstances with prominent labeling within the pictorial adds of the products on it's web site to that affect.To do otherwise, in my opinion, is tantamount to consumer fraud and is contrary, counterproductive and will significantly reflect negatively upon Amazons reputation as an honest company, selling reputable products backed by a policy of fair resolutions to problems incurred by both parties the seller and buyer of products .

Tried this thing several different times. I know I'm not that stupid, but it really doesn't do what it theoretically is supposed to. It's pretty uncomfortable under the suction. Finally went to 20 mg Cialis - something that actually works without making you feel awful like LeVitra and Viagra. Maybe I can use this pump as supplemental help.. like a "workout" or something . . . who knows? Certainly the benefit is not worth the cost. Sorry. Guess I was a sucker on this one. Buy it if you want, guys. You have been warned..........

I can't really complain about it not working because it operates just as it is supposed to. I had none of the experiences of malfunction a few others have mentioned. But it is not the solution I hoped. The tube is long enough but not quite big enough. So, I ordered the Over sized tube without better results. Under suction, I fill up the tube around very quickly. The suction continues but not in the way explained or shown in the DVD. I've practiced with this for several days and managed slightly better result but the result is not really hard or firm and what is there does not stay long enough even when I use the smallest ring. The instructions say that if one has not had a good erection for more than a year it takes time and daily practice is advised. The oversized tube was not an answer because it gave me just a little more length before I filled it up around again. The larger tube has some of its own drawback. Since it works as it is supposed to, I will continue to see if there is a way to get the result I need.

This is the only device I've used so I can't compare to others, but it does the job as advertised.After prostate surgery, I tried the drugs like Viagra, but had to quit due to horrible side effects and poor results. After several months, the doc is starting me on penile injections with Tri-mix and they are great! But, in the meantime, the pump was the only option.As you would expect it is inconvenient and makes spontaneity impossible, but that is to be expected. The quality of the device and packaging is excellent. I strongly recommend reading the instruction book closely. It takes some trial and error to get the tube to seal off around the base of the penis without having the scrotum sucked into it. Believe me, that sucks! :-) I found that pumping it and then releasing the pressure two or three times before releasing the band gave the best erection. Don't give up if at first you don't succeed in getting a full erection. Try a different technique until you get the results you want...

The product was exactly as advertised. Good quality. It worked extremely well - no problems with use. I haven't used the electric pump as the manual pump works well, gives me complete control, and is silent. I was dealing with having partial erections and sometimes not being able to have an erection at all. This gives me full erections (and then some). I've tried Viagra and other medication. The medication was EXPENSIVE and sometimes worked well, and other times didn't do much at all - other than give me various side effects which I hated. The medication also took about 30-60 minutes to work. This product takes just a couple minutes and has zero side effects. Much better than medication. The only thing I don't like is the the ring you wear has a loop on either side to help with removal. I've been thinking about cutting those off - I think I'll try it first with one of the rings I don't use (smaller/larger). I was glad that this product came with many different sizes of rings - this helped to find just the right fit. The device is of good quality and is easy to use. My wife has noticed the difference - that alone was worth the price. It gives me more confidence and helps me enjoy sex a whole lot more. It was difficult for me to finally make this purchase, but I'm glad I did - I only wish I had done it a long time ago. Go for it!
