RV Awning Camper recreational vehicle RGB LED Lights 10 feet of LED Strips with 24 key IR remote control

I purchased this light strip because it was the only 10' strip I found. Install was easy, but I used 3M adhesive promoter on the surface before putting the strip on the camper outside wall. They worked 5 times and quit. I sent an email to the seller and was informed that the receiver box isn't waterproof. No place in the instructions or on Amazon does it say they kit isn't waterproof. I ordered the replacement box at almost the same price I paid for the original light kit, which I thought should be replaced free. I got the box, plugged it in and still no lights. There was no power coming out of the 120v/12v adapter, so I wrote another email to see if they will replace the adapter, which was plugged in inside so it hadn't gotten wet. I haven't heard back yet, but if they want me to buy an adapter, the whole kit is going back because it says there is a 1 year warranty. The lights did work good the few times they worked.Update 7/26/2017. The 120v to 12v power adapter was bad too. I was told to send in the old one in for replacement, which I didn't do because I already had enough money wasted by buying the replacement receiver. I found a UL approved adapter on Amazon and ordered that. By the way, I can not find any of their products that are available on Amazon anymore. Should have spend more $$ right off the bat, and got a good set of lights with high ratings. 👎🏻

This item was junk. The 3m stick on the back wouldn't stick to camper. We tried rubber cement, and it stuck until we traveled, then the lights fell off and we lost them before we even got to use them the first time. A real shame, cause the lights themselves seemed nice.

Thanks lights are great. They go above and beyond to make it right. I will send everyone I know to buy led lights. Thanks Darin

Not to happy with my lights.Not bright at all and 2 of the colors do not work. I was very excited to get these lights but they didn't meet my expectations at all.
