Salmon Oil for Cats

Great quality salmon oil! My dog loves the taste, and I’ve noticed a softer, shinier coat and less itching after a few weeks. Easy to use and definitely worth it!

We’ve been using Zesty Paws Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our dogs’ routine. This oil makes the fur coats of my three black Labradors glisten and shine! I absolutely love this! They have no dandruff or any skin problems and don’t dig and scratch themselves like they used to! I highly recommend this!!Great product

I’ve been using this omega oil for a bit now, and I’ll be honest, it’s hard to say exactly what’s responsible for what. I don’t see some dramatic overnight change, but my dog’s coat is definitely fluffy, full, and he seems to be shedding less. That said, I’m also adding a complete canine supplement to his food and I make his meals at home, so it’s probably a combination of things. What I can say is that he likes it and has no issue eating his food with this added, which already puts it ahead of some supplements we’ve tried. His coat looks healthy and soft, and overall things seem to be moving in the right direction. One thing I really appreciate is the pump. It does not drip or leak at all, which sounds minor, but if you’ve ever dealt with fish oil all over your shelves, you know how annoying that is. I bought another brand before, a red bottle that I can’t even remember the name of, and it leaked constantly and made a mess. This one has been clean and easy to use. So while I can’t fully credit this alone for all the improvements, it seems to be doing something good, my dog enjoys it, and the packaging alone makes it worth sticking with.

My Beagle doggo has some minor skin allergies, and this fish oil product was recommended by my veterinarian. So far it seems like it is doing the job. I put two pumps (about 1 teaspoon) in Penny's kibble in the evenings. She eats it happily with no complaints. I have noticed that her fur is softer and she doesn't scratch as much. I do keep the bottle in the fridge, as the vet said the taste can go off at room temperature. Yay for easy solutions! I will be ordering this again!

This really does what it claims, promotes and maintains a healthy coat and skin. I have a Cavapoo which naturally have softer fur however I have noticed a difference since incorporating it into his food. It doesn’t have much of a smell which is great and he seems to really enjoy the taste! My only complaint is that every time I have repurchased this product, the pump leaked after using it, not a ton but over time it’s a lot of oil wasted and makes the bottle gross. Nonetheless, it’s a great product!!

This has been a staple in our cat's meal routine for the last several weeks. It provides a concentrated source of Omega-3 fatty acids that has noticeably improved the texture of her coat while helping to manage dandruff. What I like High Quality: I appreciate that this is made from wild-caught Alaskan salmon, ensuring a clean and potent source of EPA and DHA without unnecessary fillers. Effective: Within about three weeks of daily use, my cat's fur felt significantly softer, and the dandruff from her dry skin has almost entirely disappeared. Convenient: The pump mechanism makes it very easy to measure out the exact dosage without making a mess or getting fish oil on my hands. What I don't like Initial Odor: While my cat loved the scent, it is quite a strong fishy smell that lingers for a few minutes after the meal is finished. Pump Drip: Occasionally, a small amount of oil can dry at the tip of the nozzle and drip down the side of the bottle, so I recommend keeping it on a small tray or paper towel.

Didnt sit well with my cats, used the dosage they mentioned on the bottle. They kept vomiting everytime they eat from it.

My super picky Pomeranian loves this oil and when he’s happy I’m happy. I’ve noticed a slight improvement in his coat too.
