This foam roller has saved my back at work. After getting in a crash, my traps(muscle on back and neck) were really locking up and causing me a lot of pain at my desk job. I started bringing this foam roller to work and rolling out my back often throughout my shift and my traps aren’t as tight as they were. My back and neck is in a lot less pain.

Bought this to extend my workouts. No regrets. Soft and doesn't move under my body.

I needed something firm to get to dig into the trigger points on my hip. I have only used this for a few days but it has already helped quite a bit. The foam is very stiff like styrofoam but feels much more durable. No weird smells but it is extremely staticy.

My husband and I are on a fitness kick, I bought this to use for Peloton classes. My husband has hijacked it so I need to buy another. I need a skinnier one but he loves this one. He’s always rolling around on the floor on it. Says it makes his back feel good. Suits me, then he’s not asking me to massage his back.

This was my first roller. Using this was painful!! I ended up splurging in a Lulu Lemon roller after this one. Now that I’ve been using that one almost daily, I’ve found my quads sometimes need a more dense roller. So, this one still gets used. It might not be the best for those just starting with foam rolling, but it’s a good addition to a foam roller arsenal. It’s nice and wide too!
