I use this tea daily in a blend with Traditional Medicinals Reishi Warming Spice in a 32 oz mug with some honey. I'm telling you.... After two days, the caffeine cravings from my soda problem fade. After a week, I've lost about 5 pounds of retention weight from my autoimmune inflammation issues. Also around a week, I feel the energy kick in. It works hot, or brewed hot and poured over ice. I use local honey to taste, and also a chunk of ginger when I'm stressing and need the digestive support. Always on supply at my house and I will not go without it. If you really want to amp it up, you can add some collagen peptides to it and ease the aches from the dang autoimmune issues.

Teacurry teas are genuinely a good alternative for those who don't drink the conventional milk tea or green tea. The taste is amazing and they have such huge variety of herb and flower teas that one is spoilt for choice.

I purchased it for second time . It's helpful for long time uses . Even another benefit is this tea very good in cold and cough .

2nd August 2022, I have just received the pack of tea. And I will definitely share my experience with you and update you after each month for three months duration. So that people like me who actually needed to know the effect of this tea can be assured. My health conditions, I have had hypothyroidism and PCOS for now more than eight years. I am facing irregular periods which is the main cause of not conceiving, facial hair problem, acne problem (not worse), and tiredness. I do regular exercise at home and walk for one hour a day. Edit; it has been 1 month since I started taking this tea regularly. My periods were taking to come more than 45 to 49 days. This time it comes a little early, 40 days later. But the most important part is I don't feel any cramps, those were the worst in my past periods, but this time I don't feel any pain. This is a good thing. Hoping for more improvements in my health, fingers crossed🤞
