I bought this product to help top up my Vitamin C levels, as I know I don't always eat enough fruit and vegetables daily. Acerola cherry is known for its high Vitamin C levels, and this product offers all the goodness of the fruit in convenient capsules. So far, I've managed to keep the winter colds at bay, and that's with taking two capsules a day in divided doses (although you can take up to 4 capsules daily). At two capsules daily, the pot will last two months, which I think is not bad value. It's also organic, which means the acerola should have the highest levels of Vitamin C and other antioxidants. It's recommended to take these on an empty stomach, approx 30 minutes before food. I believe this is because Vitamin C is water soluble and absorbs better with fluids. The capsules contain no unnecessary fillers, and I have not noticed any side effects taking them. I have noticed improvements to my skin, however. I have always been prone to spots, blemishes and patches of redness, which have definitely reduced in severity and frequency since taking these. I would recommend you give these a try if you're looking to boost your immune system and overall health.

We all could do with some extra vitamin C, these are great, easy to swallow, not after taste and at a good price too.

Not worth to buy, it did nothing for me, the effect of a good vit C can be feel like the other type I usually buy, this one did nothing for me.

Have bought this several times - used to be £20.99, then £22.49, then £24.99, now £25.49 - all within the last 8 months - so knocking a star off for the what appears to be a constant increase totalling 25% as of now. Product seems to be decent quality, though at these new prices glass bottles would be preferred.

I was expecting this to work better then my vit c lyposomel as it is food derived organic etc, unfortunately hasn't made a difference for me.Compared to my lyposomel vit c which significantly makes a change

Bought these before but swapped them out for the organic version.

Love this product and switched to using this as a daily supplement rather than ascorbic acid that although very good if you are sick is not a good idea to take daily in the long term as it can cause diarrhoea (and sometimes kidney stones). Very happy with it.

Taken to counter gout (together with sensible diet) no recurrence of gout when taking Acerola Cherry product.
