Ok - the quality of the package was not good

MDB is really grounded in the practical aspects of implementing an ongoing 'innovation' program. It has a lot of pragmatic advice. And while I am primarily focused on customer innovation in the public sector, including education and non-profits, I found Part II - Planning/Leading Innovation Programs - to be particularly useful as a framework for creating a sustainable approach. The lexicon breaks out stakeholders in a meaningful way and in a sensed demystifies the 'innovation' challenge which is now a necessity for all organizations.Peter Gallagher
