I’ve always struggled with the latex/rubber resistance bands – they roll up, they cut into my skin when I’m trying to use them, and I’m always scared of when they’ll inevitably snap.I can’t believe how much better these fabric bands are and don’t know why they aren’t more widely recommended. This band never rolls up and because of this it never cuts into my skin. The fabric that the band is made of is also actually much softer on the skin than I was expecting – it doesn’t move and scrape me.I purchased the light purple band (Candy Purple-14.9in-Heavy). It’s very strong and provides a good work out. I use this mostly for glute-based exercises and find that it fits very comfortably around my upper legs (I’m UK clothing size 12/14). I certainly have no fears about this band ever breaking.Also really impressed with the packaging. The bag it arrives in is a nice quality and I always use this to store the band in now. It also arrived with latex stretchy resistance band – which is great quality and also huge (double the size of ones I’ve bought in the past). It also arrives with a little exercise book, which I found helpful and surprisingly in-depth (details the correct form to use during each exercise).Highly recommend this product. I only wish I had found it earlier.

The bands came in a lovely little bag which is handy for storing and traveling with. There is also a small guidebook with tips on exercises you can do. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase!

Absolutely love these resistance bands. I bought the set of 3, which also comes with a stretchy band. You can store all of this in the large drawstring bag. You also get an additional 3 smaller drawstring bags, which probably isn't needed. I put them all in the one.The bands come in 3 strengths and 3 different colours. This was such great value for money, especially as a lot of places are charging the same amount just for the one band. These are also fabric so they won't rub and tug or snap.The addition of the stretchy band is great for pilates or Barre classes.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and I have been using them non stop doing workouts during this time!

Great quality snd value of money

This has became a stable piece of my workout routine now, it came on time and packaged nicely. However the bands themselves did come smelling very fishy and the smell hasn't completely disappeared yet.

Unsure how well they will last as on arrival the elastic has already gone on one of them.
