This is the first review I have written on Amazon in 20 plus years. I never write reviews period! If you want to actually remove the ear wax buy this product! I know as I have had Ear Wax buildup my whole life and had them professionally cleaned 15 to 20 times over the last 40 years. Throw your money away on the other Squirt Bottle products or get this, your choice, and I will also tell you how I actually get the wax out of my ears. Buy some Ear War Removal drops that have 6.5 % Carbamide Peroxide. Put 15 or so drops in one ear for about 20 minutes, this will make little bubbling sounds as it combines to dissolve the ear wax then do the other ear. Then clean both ears. Use Warm not Hot water in the Electric Ear Cleaner, I use the high setting and swirl the nozzle in the ear around and around until bingo the wax pops out. Be patient and keep at it until no more wax pops out. You will be amazed how much will come out!!! Make sure you charge the unit for about 6 hours first to fully charge it. When it works, you will want to buy the additional ear nozzle tips like I did. Let me use my patented description - No Brag Just Fact!!!

This thing really does work!! Maybe I don't have "dirty enough" ears to get that "Oh S***" affect when you look in the dirty water bowl though... but I swear, right after I used this I was hearing in HD. We used it on our daughter that has always had extremely waxy ears (I'm talking, has to clean them religiously every day or she has wax oozing outside of her ear canal that looks BROWN after a DAY...) and it cleaned them so well she didn't get the brown "ooz" for TWO weeks. She also said (after she shook a little water out) that she could hear MUCH better!!Since then we use an ear spray made of natural oils to soften the wax for easier cleaning. But it's a great product to use to get back to a good baseline.FYI -- DO NOT USE THIS TOO OFTEN/EVERY WEEK!Your ear wax is made to protect your ears. You strip it too often and you'll get ear infections....

The ear wax removal does not get the job done. Water is not strong enough.

This may be gross but I’m my moms caretaker and she has really bad wax buildup!!! After about 3 bottles of warm water and peroxide we got this HUGE piece out! Stopped and will finish tomorrow…loosen with ear wax removal solution then irrigate it out…cheaper than the doctor…

As a sufferer of ear was build up, I’ve always used the $3 rubber ball, which ironically is what doctors use as well. I impulse bought this and tried it many times. It doesn’t work. It costs $75 (25 times the cost of the rubber ball) and doesn’t work at all.

It really works for me. I had a problem with my ear, it was discomfort and i couldn't hear clearly. Earlier i had the same procedures in a doctor office, but now i have a possible to have my own ear cleaner at home! It's very easy to use and comfortable, you don't need to make an effort, only choose a pressure and push button! This cleaner solved my problem!

Im not some robot that says I bought it for my husband. I'm a dude with clogged ears who got the same result from this product as I did with scheduling a doctors appointment to clean my ears cause I couldn't hear from having super waxy build up. I would add a picture of what came out of my ears but nobody wants to see that.
